Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise quality cleanliness and hygiene in 6th floor of the hospital. Scan QR code and fill the details in the system after taking the rounds.
Make shift schedule and provide shift wise manpower in wards.
Extend full co-operation to the Nursing and Maintenance staff.
Maintain all records of Housekeeping.
Provide and check chemicals and materials in ward and ensure that they are arranged properly and safely in the ward.
Co-ordinate for housekeeping training programs.
Ensure that the attendant carry out their work properly as per set protocols.
Ensure that the machines are cleaned after every use. In case of any break down inform the Seniors accordingly.
Check the safety measures of the Hospital.
Provide Personal Protective Equipment to the staff for their safety.
Assist HOD in his duties.
Ensure that all the discrepancies and incidents are reported to HOD.
Rearrange manpower in case of emergency / absenteeism.
Handles Pest control planning and treatment and maintain monthly record.
Maintain Supervisor’s weekly meeting records as well as meeting minutes records.
Maintain cleaning and hygiene standard of 5th floor.
Dispose Hospital Bio Medical Waste.
Take care of the Hospital Gardens and outside areas.

Salary: ₹1+,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
