Being present in office while not working as a driver
Greeting and welcoming staff and guests in a professional way. Preparing and serving beverages like tea, coffee, water etc. to the guests and staff.
Responsible for pantry, keeping the appliances clean, washing dishes, buying required supplies etc.
Taking care of the plants in the office like watering, trimming etc.
Cleaning office on daily basis
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
Helping the other administrative assistant in performing joint duties
Responsible for company car and driving it for business purposes
Pick and drop of documents and goods on daily basis as per given schedule by company
Using advance cash for business related expenses and tracking properly and reporting
Serving company General Manager for his personal works like picking children from school, taking GM and his family to activities and back, taking GM's car to service etc
