Position - Urodynamic Technician

Experience - 1+ years of Experience in Urodynamic testing in Urology department.

Performs specialized investigative techniques using highly advanced urodynamic measuring equipment on patients with genito-urinary problems in order to study, record and assist the Physician in the diagnosis and treatment of urological disorders.

Prepares patients for testing by explaining procedures; inserts catheter into bladder of patients to prepare for testing; and operates procedure by using asepsis technique.

Irrigates urinary bladder and instills solutions or medications ordered by the Urologist; collects urinary specimens, swabs and cultures from genital area as prescribed; and applies dressings or other treatments as ordered by the Urologist.

Sets up the necessary machines to measure and record the following procedures: urinary flow rates, cystometrograms, sphincter electromyography, pressure flow studies, urethral pressure profile, EMG of pelvic floor.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
