Assistant Quality Manager

Executing hospital-wide quality initiatives by performing the assessment & analysis of various processes.
• Successfully completed Quality Indicator Assessment on hospital-wide APACHE scoring.
• Responsible for undertaking quality initiatives, clinical and non-clinical audits, risk management as due.
• To monitor documentation and compliance of the standards as per the guidelines of NABH
• To perform internal assessment as per the NABH standards.
• To review, minute, coordinate and action on the senior management meetings for driving best practices for quality assurance.
• To coordinate training and education of all employees about quality standards (NABH).
• To device and implement operating guidelines such as departmental manuals and policies
• Responsible for preparing Hospital Quality Assurance review presentations and presenting the same to senior management.

Key Job Responsibilities:(KRA)

1. Ensuring good quality non-clinical services like infection prevention, security, diet etc.;

2. Ensuring clean surroundings, OPD Areas, Wards, Labour Room, OT and Patient amenities and outsourced services;

3. Periodical assessment of hospitals on quality check list and arrive at a score for the facility;

4. Identification of gaps, develop action plan under the guidance of in- charge of the hospital and monitor compliance;

5. Facilitate conduct of meeting

6. Ensuring that the hospital meets all regulatory compliances such as BMW, Blood Bank/Storage license, AERB regulations, etc.;

7. Keep a record of non-functional equipments and time line for its repair along with AMC for all equipments;

8. Planning and work-out modalities towards upliftment, preventive maintenance of equipments and vehicles and modernization of hospital;

+. To institute and effective grievance redressal system both for employees and the patients

10. Strengthen of District Hospital MIS, KPI and report actions taken

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
