Requirements

A dynamic recruiting professional with 3 to 4 years of recruiting experience.
Having good understanding of IT/software skills and technologies. Prior experience in recruiting core IT/software profiles is a must.
Possess excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership and accountability from start to finish is must.
Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and job portals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Negotiate salaries and benefits packages with candidates.
