Responsibility
 Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies.
 Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Project
coordinator.
 Research target audiences by demographics, pinpointing their needs and adapting campaigns
accordingly.
 Collaborate with Architects / Consultants / Specifiers with proposals, technical design solutions,
budgetary costs, and specifications from the design stage.
 Organizing and attending meetings or events at key locations across India.
 Building and maintaining key relationships with clients and vendors.
 Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, or crossover collaborations to
strengthen engagement with the target audience.
Essential Skills
 Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
 Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
 Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
 Familiarity with the architecture field and services market.
 Excellent communication and people skills.
 Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
 The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
