The mission of the role is to actively drive quality of product through maximum test coverage in early stages of SW development and make it efficient and repeatable through automation How You Will Spend Your Days Providing Technical Leadership & ensure quality delivery Defining and developing technical road map for the responsible scrum team Displaying broad knowledge across software development discipline Being respected by scrum team members as a deep subject-matter expertise Planning the technical stories to be executed within the sprint along with scrum project lead Ownership of architectural and high-level design of the software components Ensure scrum teams adherence to the defined software development practices Thinking ahead to anticipate risks and address them for the team by leading from the front Collaborating across functions to ensure system level technical solutions are achieved Ensure the technical implementations are aligned with the delivery expectation and delivery timelines are met Serving as the point person for interface with project managers and escalation to the domain leads (as needed) Managing, measuring, and minimizing technical debt Participating in work product reviews to ensure the quality Defining architectural frameworks / guidelines for scrum teams Utilizing in-depth knowledge and holistic view of development systems for training, mentoring and coaching scrum team members Analysing historic issues and arriving at innovative technical and process solutions Evaluating opportunities continuously to make the technical execution efficient A Successful Year One Number of issues against scrum deliverables Availability of documentation of each components and peer reviews Reusability of the components in the scrum Quality and accuracy of the scrum roadmap Efficiency
