We have urgent openings for the position of Cluster Manager with most of the leading life Insurance companies in Banca Vertical.

Job Description:
• Analyses, designs, develops, codes and implements programs in one or more programming languages, for Web and Console Applications.
• Supports applications with an understanding of system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Assesses the health and performance of software applications and databases.
• Establishes, participates, and maintains relationships with business units, customers and subject matter experts in order to remain apprised of direction, project status, architectural and technology trends, risks, and functional/integration issues.
• Overall analysis, design and ensuring integrity of systems/apps to support products, services and customer journeys.
• Defines specifications and develop programs, modifies existing programs, prepares test data, and prepares functional specifications.
• Analyses program and application performance using various programming languages, tools and techniques.
• Identifies potential process improvement areas and suggests options and recommends approaches.
• Reviews project proposals, evaluates alternatives, provides estimates and makes recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Develop and design RESTful services and APIs.
• Expertise in core python and coding concepts such as Iterators, generators, conditional structures, looping structures, sequence of commands, Exception Handling, File handling concepts etc.
• Sound knowledge of web frameworks like Flask, Django etc.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and ability to work through abstract concepts.
• Solution Designing and delivery with flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and strategic partners.

Required Qualification:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields
• Experience with design and development of REST API using Flask framework.
• 3+ years of experience in a computing environment with multiple programming languages more specifically Python and C#.
• Experience in API layer like security, custom analytics, logging, request and response modifications etc.
• Hands-on Experience in OOPS concepts, data structures and web servers like IIS, Tomcat etc.
• Proficient in SQL and Stored Procedures such as in Oracle, MySQL, Java, Spring Boot, Mongo DB, Oracle DB, Microservices, Rest & SOAP Services
