MIS Executive

Responsibilities:

Maintain and administer the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS).
Manage user access and security permissions within the MIS.
Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
Provide user training and support on the effective use of the MIS.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
Generate and distribute MIS reports to support decision-making and business operations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an MIS Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in working with MIS software, databases, and reporting tools.
Strong technical skills in system administration, data management, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
