Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correct any discrepancies.
Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Organize and manage data files and records in a systematic manner.
Retrieve and review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and quality.
Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.
Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
Prior experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and data management.

Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 INR (depending on qualifications and experience)
