Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Attend Inbound Calls for Technical support
Attend to complaints and give resolutions
MIS and reporting
Back office coordination
Log interaction on CRM tool
Working Knowledge of Helpdesk tool like Zoho/Freshdesk is a must
Good communication Skills
Followup calls for customer feedback
Fluent in speaking Hindi, English and Gujarati
Technical knowledge of automation a must
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
