Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have post-graduation or CA qualifications and knowledge of payment gateway and crypto currency.

Responsibilities:

Manage all bookkeeping activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, budgeting, and financial reporting
Must have knowledge of all accounting work, GST, Balance Sheet finalization, TDS and Income Tax
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
Ensure the accuracy of financial reports
Monitor and analyze monthly budget variances
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze financial data and create financial models
Manage cash flows
Monitor and manage payment gateway and crypto currency transactions
Liaise with auditors and tax specialists
Preparing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statement and other reports
Assist with the preparation of the organization’s budget
Requirements:

Post-graduation or CA qualification in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
Knowledge of payment gateway and crypto currency
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (e.g. Tally)
Detailed knowledge of Tally ERP and will be responsible for maintaining accounts on Tally, Generate Bank statements, Settle Costs on Balance sheets, manage invoices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
