Job Description for the Position of Overseas Counsellor

∙ End-to-end processes from counseling, shortlisting, admissions, to visa application.

∙ Conversion of students for admission in International programs. ∙ Assistance in Scholarship Application

∙ Manage the entire sales for student enrollment.

∙ Calling on leads, emails, & follow-ups

∙ Achievement of allocated targets within the given time frame. Achieve the goals in assigned country specific for Student Placement.

∙ Counsel students and parents for studying abroad.

∙ Counselor should have strong written, communication and interpersonal skills ∙ Be a productive, proactive and effective member of leadership and support Counselors through exhibiting a collaborative operating style

∙ Contribute to achieve demonstrable outcome for each individual Cohort. ∙ Attending Training and develop knowledge to convert students. ∙ Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad.

∙ Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest. ∙ Should be responsible for lead generation of overseas education with references/Word of Mouth.

∙ Advising potential students on education study opportunities in UK/ Australia/Canada/USA/Ireland/Europe ROW etc.

∙ Guide Students for Diploma, Bachelors, Post-Graduation diploma, Masters Degrees.

∙ Visa documentation.

∙ Counseling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with prospects. ∙ Providing information on the list of Universities.

∙ Should be sales oriented be highly motivated, result-orientated towards the work ∙ A great “Can do” attitude and Adaptability.

∙ Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.

∙ Customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
