Relationship Officer – WNRRO23052026
Build and maintain relationships with key technical managers and decision-makers in the government, different ministries and among local authorities. Acting as a key focal point.
Compile and synthesise relevant policy changes, circulars, by-laws, instructions, and
governmental strategies and support team in adapting the same.
Assist field programs in building and maintaining good relationships with local governmental bodies and other influential partners.
Ensure quality information management through regular maintenance of submission trackers and their timely updating.
Provide support to programs in securing project approvals & solving any outstanding challenges in obtaining vital approvals from govt authorities.
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
Meeting sales/revenue targets.
Ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Skills
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Problem-solving attitude.
