Shift - Australian and Ireland Shift

Process - Voice Process

Working Days - 5 days Working, 2 days Off with 247 hours Rotational Shifts

Working Location : Spectrum Towers, Ground floor, A wing, Mindspace, Chincholi Bunder Road, Malad West Mumbai 400064

Skills Required.

- 6 months International Voice BPO Work Experience

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

- Ability to multitask

- Must have excellent time management skills

- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team

Job Responsibility.

- Solving Customer Queries on call related to phone bill and network related issues

- Handles Upgrades, Upgrade Enquires, Post Upgrade, Lead Generation and Customer Service

- Customer Service resolving customers query related to phone bill and network related issues,

Retention, upselling, also includes sales & upgrades (Voice)

Salary For Experience

Salary max 30 to 35% hike from last drawn Salary + monthly Incentives + floor Incentives. (Up to 3+k Inhand)
