Job Description

Maintaining inventory and consumption Raw material and finish good.
Daily production & Dispatch planning on ERP system.
Daily work in progress report from ERP.
Daily Production Data Entry & its Report from ERP system.
Purchase order wise Job Card from ERP system.
Rejection and repairing analysis Report on MS excel.
Daily dispatch report schedule data wise Report.
Manufacturing and process waste analysis report on MS excel.
Timely closure of sales order (S.O.) on ERP system.
Timely closure of purchase order (P.O.) on ERP system.
Waste % Report of Bamboo, Fada corrugated sheet.
Per Kg. freight cost analysis Report.
Per Kg. Production cost analysis Report.
Training other colleague for Raw material finish Good and production data Entry on ERP system.
Candidate must have an experience of at least 8 to 10 yrs as a production and planning executive in a corrugation plant. It would be preferable to have the candidate from the corrugation field and should have worked in an Automatic Corrugation Plant with production capacity of 1500 MT/per month.
Candidate should have capacity to handle 80 - 100 people in the plant.
Candidate must have Technical knowledge of Corrugation, Printing, Stitching, Die Cutting, Rotary machine. etc.
Candidate should be technically aware Electrical, Mechanical maintenance, Boiler & other utilities like Compressor, RO, etc.
Candidate should be able to resolve technical issues as well as be able to assist in guiding the staff for achieving the quality and production targets.
Candidate Should be able to motivate the production and office staff and get the required targets & results from them.
Candidate need to be sincere & honest with clean previous track record.
Should be able to dedicate proper time & devotion at the factory. Be able to work long hours if required.
Candidate must be looking for a long-term commitment only of at least 3 years.
Candidate Profile and Skill Requirement

Planning of Raw material as per the purchase order of the buyer.
Making job card & Planning the production as per the delivery requirement.
Dispatch planning as per the urgency and priority.
Responsible for Raw Material, Production, Dispatch & Manpower Planning.
Necessary follow up for the Raw material and finish good with the Buyers & Suppliers.
Daily reporting of Production, Planning and Dispatch from the plant.
To maintain the track record of production of each and every lot of dispatches.
Develop a strong Preventive Maintenance & Production system in accordance with the ISO Standards.
Set system to maintain accurate Stock Inventory for Finished Goods, Store Items, Raw Material, and Critical Spare Parts on ERP or SAP.
Maintain strict discipline within the factory premises, creating a cordial working atmosphere within the employees, making sure the targets/reports are achieved from people down the line on a regular basis.
Set appropriate guidelines & work ethics for the different manpower.
Ensuring proper safety standards
Must be completely aware about the Statutory Records required for all the Government Liaison activities.
Monitor and maintain the necessary wages register, PF, factory compliance, boiler inspection record, and electricity utilization record.
Reduce manufacturing wastage and production wastage and ensure proper utilization of the machine and Manpower fulfilling production & Quality requirements.
To prepare manufacturing wastage and production wastage analysis.
Implement & ensure continuous observance of ISO +002 in the Plant.
To maintain the KAPA record i.e. to maintain the quality complain record from the buyer.
To improve the economy of the Factory through cost reductions and proper utilization of the workforce.
Research and development in new processes, machinery, products and the reduction of scrap waste.
Key Skill

Very strong on advance excel, V-lookup, H-lookup and pivot table.
Commanding control on Working ERP and SAP system
Quick production Data analysis and its report.
Strong Reporting of the work as per requirement & Communication skills.
Honesty and Confidentiality
Maintaining proper Documentation record for RM, FG, Scrap and dispatch.
Quick Problem assessment and solving ability.
Good command on computer networks (LAN, WAN, and computer networking system) and software - hardware problem solving ability.
Experience

At least 8 – 10 years

Graduation from B.com, B.Tech, B.E.- Any Specialization, Electrical, Mechanical,

Annual Salary

600,000 per annum + other incentive as per the performance.
