Job Description

The LMI-CLS team consults with business partners to provide effective learning solutions for our global sales and marketing partners. As Content Developer Intern, you’ll be responsible to apply contemporary adult learning principles in the design, creation, coordination, and implementation of learning content. Throughout your internship, you’ll assist your team and the business by creating effective, high quality eLearning solutions from start to finish.

This Role Involves
• Understanding Lilly’s culture, organizational structure, roles, and practices
• Comprehending project/content and working as per team’s best practices
• Assisting the senior developers/ mentors by ensuring designing, developing, and delivering high quality learning solutions
