Roles & Responsibilities

Contract Management - Contract review, summary writing,

Draft review meeting participation with clients & vendors
Terms Negotiations,
Work alongside a legal team
Vetting of
NDAs & MNDAs,
Master Service agreements - Fixed Bid, Time & material,
SAAS (Software as a Service)
Staff augmentation,
Product - terms & support services, Privacy Policy refund policy
Placement contracts as per the business requirement
Policy Review - Privacy policy, code of conduct & ethics
Reviewing employee documents -
Appointment letter,
offer letter,
NDA
retainer agreement
Internal Policy review
Assisting the business with negotiating and closing contracts with clients
Set up Legal Complicane check process and Audit checks.
Ability to independently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as may be necessary
Maintaining and periodically updating MIS trackers

Qualifications

Law Student -

Good understanding of the Contract Act
Basic Knowhow of laws related to intellectual property law, corporate laws, CERT-IN compliance and Cyber Security Law understanding is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational abilities and strong attention to detail
Duration – 1-2 month
