Junior HR Executive

Organization is leading ERW Steel Tubes & Pipe Manufacturer & Exporter Industry located at Kamod, Piplaj- Pirana Road, Ahmedabad.

Required Education: MBA in HR or Relevant Graduate with min 1 to 2 Years Experience in HR Profile.

Job Description:

- Recruitment & Selection of Staff with Helping by Consultant or By Reference.

- Managing Staff & Workers attendance.

- Leave management

- Responsible for Salary & Wage Administration.

- Managing the employees’ data of each department

- Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department

- Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company

- Manage employees’ grievances  Manage vendors of the company.

- Manage day to day admin activities like housekeeping, security, canteen etc.

- Knowledge of Statutory Complaints.

- Exit Interview & Formalities.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
