Job Responsibilities of Marketing Head:

· Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns,

· Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

· Responsible for sales growth, generate revenue & expansion of Generic Aadhaar business.

· Manage & oversee daily operation of regional Head

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales target for company.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies & suggest improvement.

· Provide timely and effective solution aligned with client needs.

· Perform research, prepare expansion plan and identify new area for retail Franchise.

· Regular follow up, review feedback and suggestion of existing Master and single franchisee.

· Ensuring Timely collection of payment from Single franchisee.

· Maintain Key account of established Master Franchises, single Franchisee and overall business revenues from Pan India.

· Reviewing & verifying the detail of single Franchises of pan India as per criteria, before appointing them

· Ensuring timely execution of product to Single Franchisee through Master Franchisee only & make sure Master franchisee keep necessary stock of goods

· Reviewing Health Camp and advertisements conducted by Regional head.

· Keeping meeting with Pan India regional heads through phone & zoom call.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
