Job Description
You shall be dealing only with American clients.
1. You will be working from our Nagpur Office in the night shift (IST 7-8 pm to 4:30-5:30 am) 5 Days a Week.
2. You will be required to make calls from our client database (Both Cold calls or Prospective leads) and generate sales for custom sports apparel and Uniforms.
3. You will be also chatting with clients over text messages apart from making calls.
4. You will be providing support services to your own clients apart from getting sales.
5. You should have intermediate level of knowledge of MS-Excel.

About the Job:
1. You will be required to make / receive, calls from customers, in our database, and look to getting their Business.
2. Shifts timings will be only based on US Work-Hours, AND, as such the working shifts will be invariably always fixed for each member of the team.
3. You will be required to work on the platforms/ Apps used by SpotOn Apparel to run its business activities.
4. We are into selling Customized Sports uniforms and custom sports Apparel as such you shall be talking to clients who are themselves desperately looking for sellers/ companies like our client, to fulfil their requirements.
5. Fixed Pay-outs + Commissions against sales in USD.

Fixed Pay-Out: Starting From ₹25,000.00 per month to 40,000 per month for the right candidate + Incentives in USD.
1. Additional perks and Benefits:
a. Incentives: Month + Yearly + Six Monthly + Quarterly benefits for all Target achievers in addition to the Monthly incentives.
b. Monthly incentives are calculated in USD as the sales is generated in USD which upon conversion to INR gets multiplied by 80.00.
c. All expenses paid and fully sponsored Visits to US for the Top performers every year.
d. 5 day / week job.
