Full Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented tele calling executive. The tele calling executive’s responsibilities includes cross-selling or up-selling our services, assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

Candidate should be persuasive, must have ability to handle or work in a high pressure environment, demonstrate exceptional communications and customer service skills.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Day Shift Timing will be between 0+:00 AM to 06:00 PM and will be operating 6 days a week with Rotational off.

Responsibilities:

Attend to incoming calls from customers and understand their problem.
Delight the customers with prompt suggestions of ideas and solutions to their problems and ensure that customers are satisfied with your resolution.
Respond to customer query in a timely and accurate way.
Should be fluent in terms of communication.
Taking incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries.
Making calls to drive sales and respond to dissatisfied customers.
Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
Expertise in conflict resolution.
Identify opportunities for driving sales and revenue of the company’s existing product suite, and seize opportunities to up sell when appropriate.
Collecting customer feedback and recovering dissatisfied customers.
Recording and processing orders received.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Not Mandatory)
Hindi , Gujrati, Bengali, odia, tamil (Preferred)
English (Preferred)
