About Logitrade:
We are a logistics company based in Canada with inland and interstate trucking at its heart. We are in close networks with Canadian Rails and Ports and pick up and return freight from/to either of these locations.
Our operations span Ontario, Montreal and US locations.
As a CCE, you are required to build and sustain a strong & reliable relationship with the clients with your proactive communication and close coordination with other teams.
CANDIDATE FROM PUNJAB, HIMACHAL PRADESH, CHANDIGARH ONLY SHALL APPLY.
WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY
Responsibilities and Duties:
CCE will be responsible for Tracing shipments.
Customer Service Representative will Provide constant visibility to client on their shipments.
Communicate with clients on email/phone and keep them updated on the pick ups and deliveries.
Coordinate with dispatch for accurate delivery ETA s and keep informed on truck availability.
Compiling shipment reports for premium clients.
Communicating and securing approval of any accessory charges that may accrue on the shipments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Freight forwarding, load brokerage experience would be preferred
International logistics experience preferred.
Graduate and above with valid CCE experience (English, French) may apply.
Fluency in English. No Mother Tongue Influence.
Proficient with MS- Excel and MS- Outlook.
1 Year experience in any field.
Age upto 35 years
