Experience: 3 years

Location: Dombivali, Mumbai

Notice Period -Immediate to 30 Days

Working Days/Time - Monday-Friday/10AM-7PM

Job Description -

Candidate will bring new clients, new business to the company.

Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company.
work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and markets, develop strategies to penetrate those markets, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts and deals with clients, and work to ensure that the company's products and services are meeting the needs of the market.
Participate in the development of new products and services, as well as monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
Grow the company's revenue and market share by expanding its customer base and developing relationships with key partners and clients.
Accountable for yearly revenue targets & driving business growth across sectors thru' client engagements.
Responsible for sales across Public and Private Sectors with direct target responsibility for Services, Custom-development IT sales.
Good Commutation skill and business Etiquette
Generate sales among existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling Staffing Sale.
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
Excellent Lerner, business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Good Knowledge on the existing market and ready to build strong network
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong Team Player and a go getter.
SHOULD BE REVENUE FOCUSED.
