Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain clinical and financial dashboards using PowerBI in Paragon
Collaborate with other team members to identify data requirements and design data models
Migrate current Paragon SSRS dashboards into PowerBI
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all dashboards
Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights to end users effectively
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with dashboards as they arise
Stay up-to-date with the latest PowerBI features and best practices
Implement NLP and Predictive AI functionality available through PowerBI in the Paragon dashboards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Total 8+ years of experience
3+ years of experience developing dashboards in PowerBI
Strong knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
Strong Analytical and creative problem solving skills
Experience working with clinical and financial data preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
