Job Description:

This position is for Adisys India located in Trivandrum and Chennai. Chennai is preferred location.

The Adisys India (Adisys) product development team is looking for a . SalesForce Developer.

Experience:
Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce. com
Advanced understanding of the Salesforce. com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality
At least 5+ years within Salesforce Development, working on custom end-to-end SFDC projects
Experienced implementations include custom platform development, integrations, automation, middleware tools and complex data migrations
Strong understanding of Salesforce (Sales, Marketing and Service) Cloud platform, along with Community Cloud, Pardot and ExactTarget
Strong expertise using Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, XML, (SOAP & Rest) Web-services, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, Workflow, SSO, Google, Outlook and Mobile
Strong Reporting and Dashboard development
Strong knowledge of Salesforce. com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers, and Triggers, Batch jobs & standard SFDC components. Force. com IDE, Data Loader and Migration Tools
Salesforce Certification
E-commerce and Product Catalog experience is a plus
Master Data Management experience
Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
Global Experience is a plus
Marketing Automation is a plus

Position Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Participate in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and set a realistic schedule for development
Experienced with Salesforce software development, unit tests for max test coverage along with deployment
Experienced with Salesforce Release planning and deployment
Experienced with complex integrations and automation
Adhere to Salesforce/Force. com platform best practices and perform peer code reviews
Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks
Post-delivery - assists teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success
Handle changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and work within tight timeframes and deadlines
