Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, make cold calls as per the available query list, and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and successfully convert leads.

Explain admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals for the Center.
Report preparation on a daily basis in the specified format on the day-to-day routine.
Handling inquiries and getting the enrolments done.

Job Specifications:

Minimum Graduate with fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi language
Well-versed in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Understands Social Media Marketing
Someone who has already worked in an educational setup
A person from the same location is preferred
At least 3 years of Admission counselor experience
Desired Candidate Profile:-

Education:- Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed university.

Experience:3-8 years of relevant experience

Excellent communications Skills
