Position: - Warehouse Supervisor (Camp Pune Location)
Experience: - 5 to 6 Year.
Gender: - Male candidates only.
Skills: - Knowledge of Amazon seller central, Flipkart Seller Dashboard, Amazon Seller flex, Amazon vendor central, Flipkart smart. Overall responsibility of effective performance of Warehouse functions.
Required No’s: - 1 Nos.

Note: - Locals required.

Job Responsibilities

Execute and manage routine e-commerce warehouse tasks include Goods reception, packages organising, shelving, QC & packing, sorting, exceptions handling, inventory management, palletising and shipping.
Responsible for warehouse team build, daily management, staff training and disciplining, and labour coordinating.
Oversee packages handling, shipping volume estimation, and warehouse I/O management.
Maintain daily communication with couriers for shipping coordination, cut off time and transit time control.
Maintain daily support operation team expediting exceptional order process.
Achieve warehouse KPI, operation optimisation and cost control goals.
Responsible for warehouse Health safety and fire control.
Continual reviewing, analyzing, improving processes and efficiencies.
Job Requirements

At least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Physically healthy. Able to handle large quantity of stock on a daily basis, using hand-carry and other equipment.
Experience in e-commerce fulfilment will be an additional advantage.
Strong leadership skills, ability to lead by example and manage multiple tasks.
Responsible, committed, meticulous and systematic at work.
Able to communicate, work well with colleagues and follow company’s instructions.
Work 6 days per week. Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays when necessary.

Office Timing: - +.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday.)
