Managing inbound & outbound calls
Following scripts when handling calls
Identifying customers needs & providing solutions.
Keep records of all conversations in our database
Meet personal/team targets
Salary - 16k to 35k as per experience & interview performance.

Job Location - Panchkula ( Monday to Friday ) 5 days working Sat & Sun fix off

Cab facility available for the girls. Its a long term job opportunity.
