Job Description

Urgent Hiring Fresher and Experienced for Customer Support Executive.

Work Location: 18-1+ Dehlon Road, Tibba Village, Sahnewal Ludhiana -Punjab 141120

Salary : 15k – 18k + Incentives

Job Responsibilities and Skills:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Freshers & Experience Both can Apply

QUALIFICATION: Higher Secondary or Any Graduate.

Required Candidates Profile: Good communication & convincing skills in English & knowledge of E-mail & MS-Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
