Interacting with Customers, promptly handling Customer queries and complaints, and maintaining cordial relationships. Ensure that clients receive assistance with technical aspects of products. Supervise customer service Team. Setting goals to meet the needs of each team member as well as monitoring the progress of customer complaints/ cases .

Qualification:

Civil Engg Degree or Diploma or B arch

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
