Assistant Operations Manager

Job Description: We are looking for Assistant Manager – Operations for BPO domain

Prior experience in Domestic BPO is a must for this profile, non-voice process experience would be an added advantage

Managing day to day call center operations

Handle a team of Team Leaders and drive quality output apart from regular operations

Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are met

Working on SLA and driving the team to achieve the agreed SLA

Hiring/certification of associates

Maintaining quality standards

Identification and implementation of measures to control the attrition

Preparing weekly and monthly reports (for Cost, attrition, etc.) and presenting to company

Coaching and training of associates and support staff.

Continuous suggestion to organization for improvement and optimization of the process

Candidates with Knowledge on KYC processes

Experience for working as an Assistant Manager - Ops for a Domestic BPO

Telecom Outbound / Inbound process or Non-voice process pertaining to KYC

Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship within the team. Maintain a positive environment for learning through appropriate research-based classroom management strategies

Should be able to understand the needs of the employees and judge what will work

Will be able to decide the best programs to train their employees and meet the needs of the organization.
