Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

Your main goal for this role will be to provide excellent customer satisfaction to the customers.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls
- Resolving customer complaints and queries
- Providing detailed information to customers
- Contributing the work to the company’s knowledge base
- Lead conversion/Admissions/sales
- Answering inbound phone calls

Skills

Proven customer support experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
