Top 10 Global Services Firm is seeking Instructional Designer / eLearning Content Developer for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Center in Chennai.

For more than 30 years, our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team has implemented the processes and technologies for our clients that bring about real transformation for customers of all sizes. Our end-to-end administrative services help streamline operations, improve productivity and strengthen cash flow to help our customers stay competitive and improve member satisfaction.
Role:
We need an Instructional Designer (ID) with 2-4 years of experience, who can design and develop engaging and exciting training content - for standalone e-learning projects as well as blended learning programs.
Responsibilities:
The ID will work with the training partners, SMEs and the operations teams to understand the requirements, identify the target audience, analyze the training needs and construct objectives, design instructional strategies, and develop the training content.

The ID will report to the Director - Training & KM.
Skills:
This job requires:
High standard of language and communication skills, to create design documents, storyboards and
audio scripts.
Knowledge of instructional design models and learning theories such as ARCS, Bloom's taxonomy,
and processes such as ADDIE.
Experience with authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.
Application of style guides - Associated Press and Chicago Manual of Style.

Work shifts for this position will be scheduled between Monday-Friday (IST):
Shift 1: 10 AM to 8 PM
Shift 1: 2 PM to 12 AM

The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on
weekends basis business requirement
