JOB DESCRIPTION:

MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE IN PHARMA INDUSTRY

Coordinates the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Team management -2 people (assistant)
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcoming and propose improvements.
Preparing quotations.
Preparing Proforma invoices.
Preparing daily reports and sending the reports to respective salespersons via Email.
Forwarding leads to the sales team.
Handling sales enquiries, training to new individuals about preparation of quotations and handling sales enquiries.
Handling back-office work whenever sales exhibition occurs.
To prepare and provide documents as per required for export shipments.
To follow up on mail for pending shipment related documents.
To prepare and look out all account sheet & invoices in excel format.
Coordinate with export ,logistic & other department.
MINIMUM EXERIENCE OF ATLEAST 4 YEARS IS REQUIRED.
ANY GRADUATES CAN APPLY.
