Full Job Description
Organization is leading Real Estate Industry located at Kasindra, Sarkhej- Dholka Road, Ahmedabad.

Required Education: Any Graduate with min 5 to 8 Years Experience in Real Estate Industry.

Job Description:

- Preparation of Daily MIS reports for Raw Materials.

- Verification of GRNs before forwarding it to Accounts department.

- Follow up with Purchase department for pending material against PO/PR.

- Maintaining the minimum and maximum stock level for production effective Items.

- Preparation of pending purchase requisition report. - Quantity verification of Inward material as per PO and Party’ s Delivery challan.

- Inspection of inward material from related departments.

- Passing of GRNs from authorized persons.

- Preparation of NRGP (Non Returnable Gate Pass) for rejected material.

- Issue of material against proper authorized Issue Slips by department heads.

- Verification of issue slips for proper nomenclature of item names and item codes.

- Arrange to preparation of RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) for replacement, Job Works etc.

-Posting of manual vouchers in computers.

- Proper filing and placing of all documents related to stores.

- Correspondence with other departments/vendors related to stores.

- Internal and External Audit of Stores, QMS, EHS etc.
