We are looking candidates for HR Trainee-Generalist job in Chennai with an experience of 6 Month to 2 Years.

Job Description – HR Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
3. Maintain Employee Records.
4. Handling employee query/ grievance.
5. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
6. Can handle recruitment part, source the candidates through Job portals

7. Assist in filing the documents.

8.Attendance Management

Requirement

Qualification- MSW,MBA,BBA,BCom
Experice-6 Month to 2 Years,
Gender-Male or Female
Entry level knowledge in any of the HR functions
Salary-10K to 15K Gross per Month
