Full Job Description
Location: Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Tirunelvelli

Telecalling , Students Admission counselling
Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in the same industry or similar is mandatory
Monitoring each and every caller on a daily basis and will be solely responsible for their performance
Needs to have good written and spoken communication
Needs to have the ability to train new joiners and guide them in the right way
Needs to be self motivated and focused on the target given
Needs to display leadership qualities and maintain team harmony
Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
Keep Informed of New Products and Services
Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
