Accounts Executive

Full Job Description
· Finalization of Quarterly & Annual Accounts, Preparation and Finalization of Tax Audit Reports, registration, remittance of the Tax & GST returns.

· Preparing the financial & costing reports for management according to requirements.

· Deduction of Income tax at source (T.D.S.) from specified payments & remitting the same to the IT department within the prescribed time limit.

· Entering all cost distribution parameters in Tally based on which overheads and cost of service centres is distributed in Primary Cost Centre.

· Review of relevant GLs to check the appropriateness of cost centre entered in ERP at the time of passing entries.

· Maintain financial & IT security by establishing internal controls.

· Handling Monthly P & L account, Budgeting of finance, fixed and Variable cost. MIS for accounts and Inventory, ERP System implementation.

Monthly Review of Budget Vs Actual.

Salary: ₹11,507.77 - ₹20,780.48 per month
