Job Summary

Tetra Pak – South Asia Markets (SAM) has been working closely as a processing and packaging solutions partner with many private and cooperative-sector organizations, including leading local and multinational food companies in South Asia. Lead the team of parts administrators to ensure delivery of high quality services, resulting in high level of satisfaction of internal stakeholders and customers, in a timely manner and at the right cost.

What you will do
• Execute parts administrative activities across several areas or functions, delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and high level of efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfaction.
• Lead the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for parts administration.
• Lead continuous improvement, share and learn and implementation of best practices, related to parts administration.
• Lead the ordering and order coordination of relevant parts, tools, services and materials. Execute relevant purchasing and invoicing activities according to Corporate Governance policy. Understand legal and importation requirements for each country and manage outstanding and critical cases to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead high quality and consistency of administrative databases and routines by monitoring end to end processes, performing regular analysis and audits. Secure efficient information flows and change process for relevant data bases and repositories.
• Participate in strong collaboration between Parts administration teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective backup solutions.
• Participate in the definition, development and deployment of visual management and management reporting including the right metrics for parts administration.
• As required, take on additional role of Sub Process Driver or Process Super User to drive process implementation and continuous improvement of the process in own area of responsibility.

We believe you have

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in parts administration, across boundaries is preferred Strong productivity focus Proven record of process implementation, discipline and organizational agility Strong continuous improvement focus Demonstrated in Leadership Elements: Change, Collaborate and Perform
