Trainer

Responsibilities

1. Impart training to trainees (preschool teachers and Kreedo employees) in the following areas:

a. Kreedo philosophy

b. Language concepts (including phonics)

c. Mathematics concepts d. Cognitive concepts

e. Classroom management

f. Kreedo learning materials and more

2. Deliver training (both online and classroom/ILT)

3. Create learning props and engagement techniques for training

4. Travel to partner schools to conduct training implementation audits and assessments

5. Administer and review progress on assessments

6. Measure outcomes from trainings

7. Observe and identify trainees’ strengths and weaknesses

8. Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts and writers to create training curricula, lesson plans, content, assessments

+. Develop new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience 10. Schedule and organize training sessions

11. Research and recommend new learning methods

12. Adapt to new teaching modes (including and not limited to online live sessions

Requirements

● Experience:

2-3 years of teacher training experience Montessori teacher training

Experience Preferred From Teaching Feild Hr Training

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA Human Development/Teachin/BBA HR Traning)

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Occasional travel within the city and also to different cities

● Strong presentation and analytical skills

● Keen observational skills Salary

Working Knowledge –

Tools :

a. Documentation software: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or LibreOffice

b. Online/virtual conferencing tools (Google Meet/Zoho Meeting/Zoom) Page |

c. Online demonstrations/trainings/presentations

d. Presenting activities to teachers in a classroom and online set-ups

e. Creating presentations, learning props, interactive activities as part of trainings

f. Observing and recording teacher tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
