Request For Engineer Tools and Accessories (Nirmalkumar Nehete)RFQ No TLC-PVBU/22-23/N011+5Positions 1 Nos.Location Pune.Selecti ons to happen by 12th Jan 2026Qualification Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical engineeringPrimary Skill PROE/CREO Solid modelling, drawing creation, surfacing and assemblies, sheetmetal design, PLM,TCUA, Tool design practices, Automobile/ Vehicle engineering sy stems Relevant Experience 3 to 5 Years Job Descr iption The selected candidate will be responsible for :
To release of GR58 components in PLM / TCUA as per Project milestones
To support in creation of concept design to finalization of parts for tools and accessories, interactions with vehicle engineering teams for verification and testing on vehicle
To support detailed 3D modelling, assemblies and 2D drawing creation
T o support in co-ordination of CAE requirements for tools using basic understanding of CAE
To plan activities like design, part pro curement and testing and validation
To design experience in PROE-CREO, good knowledge of Tool design, understandin g of manufacturing processes
To support concept design to design finalization, proficiency in solid modelling, surfacing and sheet metal design
Detailed 3D modelling, assemblies and 2D drawing creation
To have interaction with suppliers for design clarifications, engineering support during part development and testing
To support in DMU preparation a nd download from PLM / TCUA Preferred Skills & Knowledge Preferred to have -
Exp erience in Data management / releases in PLM / TCUA
Understanding of quality processes, ability to work alone & in team environmen t
Knowledge of Tool design practices, Automobile/ Vehicle engineering systems

3.00-5.00 Years
