Business Development Executive Trainee

About Role

He/She shall be trained to perform business development and marketing such as market research, B2B lead generation, technical prospecting, and requirement gathering for the US and Canada market.

Responsibilities

Perform Market Research Activity.
B2B lead generation and technical prospecting across USA & Canada regions.
Maintain and expand your database of potential clients.
Target customers are Small-Mid-Large size engineering / product companies across the globe.
Work closely with the solutions team to qualify prospects.
Provide reports on leads activity.
Skills & Experience

An Independent contributor, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable professional.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Experience with MS Office.
Internship Compensation

The compensation for the first month shall be INR 5000 per month. Based on the performance, it shall be increased to INR 8000-15,000 per month for the rest of the internship period.

Post Internship

Post Successful completion of the internship program, based on the performance, the candidate shall be absorbed into the sales & marketing team in the organization as a permanent employee at annual pay as per Industry Standards.
