Tele Caller Executive

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
Explain our consultancy services, programs, and offerings to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing accurate and timely information.
Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and update the customer database accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner in Telugu and English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Knowledge or interest in the education sector is a plus.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
