Job Description

Answer phones and take messages

· Respond to emails

· Manage mail correspondence

· Greet Patients and visitors

· Help maintain office calendar

· Assist with invoicing

· Perform data entry and filing tasks

· Manage inventory of office supplies

· Perform other clerical tasks as needed

· Respond to patient calls and queries
