Industry Experience

03 – 04 years of Experience in handling a team of 15+ Presales executive.

Educational Qualification

Graduation/Diploma in any discipline from a recognized university
Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Presales Team, lead generation and lead servicing of HNI and UHNI

prospects and potential customers.

 To ensure higher booking conversion through better data predictability.

 To lead a team of Pre-sales outsourced telecalling associates to generate quality walk-ins

across various projects of the Group.

 Facilitate Tele-calling activities to ensure lead servicing as per TAT

 To enhance Lead management processes, TATs and device policies for enabling maximum

lead conversion

 To monitor quality of various activities / processes followed at the In-house as well as the

outsourced vendors.

 To prepare dashboards for the consumption of Leadership Team & Top Management

 To liaise with the Outsourced service provider in all forms as desired by the business unit

 Responsible for an end to end customer lifecycle management from a Presales standpoint

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
