Company:Established in 2017, engaged in the business of undertaking

Railway Signalling contracts on turnkey basis to INDIAN RAILWAYS &

SIEMENS Limited.

Post: Purchase Executive

2) Salary Range: Rs.20K to 25K CTC

Off time:+ to5.30

Pick up and drop facility from Vasai East Station

3) Qualification: Graduate in Commerce /Diploma or Degree in Electronics /Electrical is preferable.

4) Experience: 2 to 3 years in purchasing of Electrical /Electronics/Mechanical /Plastic & Rubber items used in manufacturing. Engineering background is preferable.

5) Duty Time: 0+:00 am to 05:30 pm

6) Weekly off: Sunday

7) Company Facilities: PF/ESIC/Yearly Bonus & Leave.

8) Joining Period: Immediate

Job Description :

· Material Planning against the Production plan

· On-time procurement of Material - Desired Quality & correct Cost

· Good verbal & written communication Skills.

· New Supplier Development

· Supplier Evaluation

· Vendor Visit along with the QC person as per the ISO norms

· To accept material requisition from Production and place P.O. to Supplier (Local as well as Import) for all material, which may be Electrical / Electronic, Plastic, Rubber and Mechanical.

· To interact with Production & Stores for daily shortages

· Coordinate for New Supplier Development /audit as and when applicable. To get approved suppliers on board through Vendor Registration process.

· To evaluate existing Suppliers periodically as per purchasing procedure.

· To authenticate Supplier Invoices and coordinate with Accounts for releasing payments
