We are currently looking for jobs for the retail store in Kadhar Navas Khan road, Chennai.

The candidates are expected to do at least a small basic research on the products sold and the company before attending the interview.

Sales executive:-

Roles&Responsibilities:-

· Drive selling efforts by great product knowledge and knowing how the jewel can make the customer feel so special

· Provide exceptional customer service( Deliver Customer delight)

· Give expert advice on accessory choice and pairing of jewels while leaving customers with a memorable brand experience( Cross -sell & Up-sell)

· Ensure that the store display is in excellent condition at all times

· Represent The Amethyst Store as a skilled brand ambassador

· Support daily merchandising and maintenance

· Bring innovation and creativity to our retail concept of Luxury Bridal Silver Jewelley

· Make Video Calls to online enquiries.

· Assisting the in achieving the Monthly Targets.

· Talk to existing customers post-purchase and generate feedback and the experience.

· Retain the customer by maintaining an excellent relationship with the customer through Whatsapp/calls.

· Updating the existing customers of the New arrivals, promotions etc.

Experience: - 0-2 years preferably in any retail Educational/work background

Education: - Intermediate/ Any Graduate

Salary: Best in the industry + attractive incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
