Full Job Description
· Conduct audit field work in accordance to the audit schedule, scope, principles, guidelines and instructions provided in the Internal Audit Manual

· Report relevant observations in the prescribed reporting format while keeping with the principles for reporting and rating

· Timely conclusion of Audits and timely submission of Audit Report and ensuring submission of qualitative audit reports

· Maintain work papers to support the observation report wherever applicable and reference the same appropriately

· Provide periodic status updates to the Zonal/Regional Internal Auditor (ZIA) on the work being executed

· Flag off serious process violation & Fraud Events and Special audits.

· Escalate audit findings and matters of concern to the ZIA/ Head – Internal Audit

· Assist and hand holding and training of new members of the internal audit team

a. Cost Control (Travelling Expenses) and timely submission of expenses claim statement.
