Job Description/ Responsibilities

ROLE - Front Office

EXPERIENCE - 1year to 5years

QUALIFICATION - BBA, BA.

Job Specification:

Ø Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Ø Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

Ø Announcing clients as necessary.

Ø Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.

Ø Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.

Ø Preparing meeting and training rooms.

Ø Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

Ø Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Ø Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.

Ø Sorting and distributing mail.

Ø Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.

Ø Provide excellent customer service.

Ø Scheduling appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
